We currently deliver within Mumbai. But our delivery radius is expanding, and we will soon cover other cities as well.
Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. We will contact you before initiating any delivery.
Yes, a minimum order value of ₹499 is required for home delivery. This helps us ensure fair logistics for our home chefs and partner brands. Delivery charges will be applicable based on the location of delivery. Orders above ₹999 are eligible for free delivery.
All orders are delivered within 3 to 14 days depending on your location and the product type. The delivery period for made-to-order snacks will be on the higher side of this bracket since they’re prepared fresh.
You can browse freely, but you’ll need an account to place an order—this helps us track your deliveries, preferences, and order history. Account creation is simple. You just need an email ID, mobile no. and password and you are good to go.
You’ll receive order status updates via SMS/WhatsApp/Email.
We accept all payment options like UPI, digital wallets, Credit/Debit card, Internet Banking. COD currently is not available, but don't deprive yourself or delay your decision to savour these wholesome snacks for lack of COD option. Clean eating is a health investment and early investments always give better returns.
Absolutely! All snacks are sourced from FSSAI registered home chefs and trusted clean-label brands. The products listed are either made fresh or in small batches, are clean label, and free from palm oil, artificial preservatives, artificial colors, artificial flavors and artificial sweeteners, just the way you would make them at home, with love, care and honesty.
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it, depending on the vendor. Post that changes will not be possible.
Please contact us within 24 hours with a photo and video of opening the snacks. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our returns policy.
Due to the nature of fresh and perishable snacks, returns are not accepted. However, if the product is damaged at the time of delivery, we’re always here to resolve it and will offer returns or replacement as per our returns policy. But in any case your feedback is important to us. It will help us improve our product and services and choose vendors who are chosen by you.

Not currently. But we will soon be starting with weekly or monthly subscription facility for snacks you consume regularly—perfect for families, offices, travels and fitness routines.
We will contact you before dispatching the order and will deliver your order only at the confirmed slot. If still at the time of delivery, we’re unable to reach you, the order will be returned, and redelivery charges may apply. Hope you understand the constraints of a growing company.
No, COD is not available as of now as products are mix of readily available and made-to-order snacks. The preparation is initiated only after payment confirmation by the customer.
Yes! Mail us with details and order number at support@goodmunchybasket.com (mailto:support@goodmunchybasket.com)after placing your order, and our team will arrange a surprise drop-off for your loved ones. We can also add a surprise note as per your request in that order.

No, not at the moment. But we will soon be adding custom snack boxes for birthdays, festive occasions, office events, and more. You can choose your mix of homemade snacks and clean brands and the type of packaging and we will do the rest to bring a smile on the recipient’s face.
No, not currently. But we will be adding options to opt for gift wrapping, handwritten notes, or premium festive packaging at an additional cost, over a period of time.
Yes. Every home chef undergoes a quality, hygiene, and documentation verification process before joining the platform.
Every home chef and snack brand will have their own packaging. The collective packaging of the snacks for one customer per order will be done using food-grade, eco-friendly materials wherever possible. Products from home chefs are sealed securely to maintain freshness.
All listings include ingredients, shelf life, and storage recommendations provided directly by the home chef or clean snack brand.
All our homechefs and partner brands are FSSAI registered, and all products are prepared in clean, home or commercial kitchens.
Yes! You can find snacks that are gluten-free, vegan, sugar-free, protein-rich, millet-based, and more. In case you don't find any, keep sharing your feedback and preferences so that we can add more preferred snacks.
